熟悉地震资料野外采集与处理流程,对以储层预测为主的油藏描述方法有较深研究,能熟练运用计算机、特别是解释工作站进行地震资料解释和特殊处理工作,对工作中出现的新问题,能根据实际设计出各种地质模型,从理论上找出依据,通过模型正反演来指导生产,在此基础上建立的储层物性预测技术为长庆油田的勘探开发发挥了重要作用。到哈萨克工作后,为了解决滨里海盆地巨厚盐丘的影响,以叠前深度偏移处理及叠前反演为突破口,在哈萨克形成了一套独具当地油田特色的盐下储层地震横向预测技术系列: 这套成熟技术已在当地形成了地震储层横向预测的工业化生产流程,通过随钻分析和钻井检验,提高了储层预测的精度及油气田的钻探成功率。I am familiar with the procedure of field seismic data acquisition and processing and acquainted with the reservoir prediction oriented reservoir characterization methods. I am proficient in computer operations, especially seismic data interpretation and special processing with the interpretation workstation. I am capable of designing appropriate geological models depending on the new issues in work, and carrying out forward modeling and inversion with the models to guide the production. The reservoir physical property prediction techniques developed have played a vital role in the exploration and development of Changqing Oilfield. When working in the Data Interpretation Center (Kazakhstan), in order to address the impacts of the huge and thick salt dome in the Pre-Caspian Basin, on the basis of pre-stack depth migration processing and pre-stack inversion, I, in conjunction with my team, developed a series of unique lateral seismic prediction techniques on pre-salt reservoirs for the oilfields in Kazakhstan. These techniques include: Comprehensive seismic interpretation technique, represented by fine calibration of pre-salt reservoirs; Reservoir thickness prediction technique, which combines the waveform characteristic analysis and inversion; Reservoir physical property and oil/gas potential prediction technique, dominated by pre-stack inversion and multi-parameter inversion.With these techniques, the industrial operation process for lateral seismic reservoir prediction is developed and utilized in local areas. The precision of reservoir prediction and drilling success ratio of oil and gas filed have been improved through analysis while drilling and drilling inspection.
