 Leading the new product RFQ After the project is won, leading the whole activity from kick-off to product delivered internally and externally Performing the design review together with the project team member from the point of DFM(design for manufacturing) and DFA(design for assembly). If there is any engineering/manufacturing issue detected, coordinate with customer for the related solution Organize the kick-off meeting and prepare the project plan. Coordinate to shoot all the questions and problems externally during the prototype building in terms of material, manufacturing status as well as the quality issues After the prototype is qualified, prepare the toll gate review and review together with team if the product could go not next gate or not（pilot production/mass production） Working closely together with the team member to search the cost reduction opportunity internally and externally1 Internally: working with sourcing engineer and buyer to see if the cost could be reduced by increasing different MOQ for different step pricing.2 Internally: Working with manufacturing engineer to optimize the punching program in order to reduce the running time as well as increase the sheet metal utility ratio3 Externally: Working with design engineer/manufacturing engineer/sourcing engineer to present VE(value engineering) to customer for approval. Communicate and coordinate the quality feedback from customer Communicate and coordinate the delivery topic during mass production stage. Working closely with global key account manager (mainly GE Health/SIEMENS Healthineer/SIEMENS Mobility) for NPI to Qingdao plant

I am mainly in charge of the overseas project management of products of rolling stock and railway (gangway, door system, metallic interiors, FRP interiors) with the following responsibility1.Kick-off stage: Organize project kick-off meeting, prepare the project plan, project organization chart, project review report release CDRL to the project team, supervising and checking if the milestone could be finished as schedule by project team2.Prototype stage: Communicate and coordinate with the customer regarding topic of engineering, process, quality of the products. Organize and attend the Internal-FAI and External-FAI, after which releases the PDCA to project team, supervising and checking if all the open items are closed as scheduled3.Mass production stage: Together with project team, solve all the problems(lack of material, engineering and process topic, internal NCR) and Organize regular meeting together with project team checking the project status trying to predict project risks and to shoot them. Supervising production department to finish the qualified products according to customer’s requirement and being involved with project cost management as well as change management and prepare project risk manage report4.End stage: Prepare project summery report as project knowledge managementDuring the operation of the project, communicate and coordinate with customer regarding the topic of engineering, process, quality as well as delivery plan. And supervising the relative departments to close the customer NCR with the 8-D report and corrective actions accordingly.
