1. Coordinate and publish all Fab(SH,BJ,TJ,SZ,Italy) MPS, Standardize and set all fab's production KPI/report/data/SOP, keep tracing and finally publish the result.2. Simulate and set all fab's move and utilization target according to company's business goal, generate corresponding wafer start plan and break down the PO requirements to BU and customer, keep pushing and dynamically adjust to make sure the goal achieved. 3. Setup and continue optimize Fab Score Card to quantify and evaluate Fab overall performance, study and benchmark with industry, drive Fab for continuous improvement.4.Lead the team and manage SH site 8" and 12" Fab, maskshop, CP testing planning activity, maximize Fab output based on KPI under control, cooperate with sales to achieve company shipment target and customer's production requirements.5. In charge of SH site FGWH, lead the team to manage the inventory and support goods delivery; set up Goods Location Management System to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of FGWH management.

Coordinate internal department to fulfill customer's system , data , report requirements in production area.
