As a chief architect in the design department of Yida headquarter, Shanghai, my work is comprehensive :1.Design management of projects in the whole process from the early stage of research and development, planning, design, cost, construction, completion acceptance and property rights certificate processing.2. Design standardization research and development:①Completed the sorting out of three types of industrial building products (commercial office, pilot plant test and R&D, and intelligent manufacturing), and made a detailed analysis of the corresponding planning standards and product standards；②Completed residential standardization, established product lines ,and analyzed the six dimensions (planning, unit type, facade, landscape, ME, basement) of each line, in order to achieve the balance of quality, positioning and price.3. Knowledge sharing and growth：revise the design management process and promote the internal training of the design system.4.Project performance:①Completed 12 landing projects, including 9 industrial projects and 3 residential projects，such as Wuhan best city,Changsha Yida Intelligent Manufacturing Town，Changsha Meixihu Health Technology Industrial Park，Zhengzhou Yida Science and Technology New City，etc.②Completed 11 conceptual schemes/product planning projects, including 4 industrial-city integrated planning projects , 5 industrial projects in the conceptual planning , and 2 commercial-office complexes in the conceptual planning .

Communication and coordination with the needs of the owners, consulting firms and the internal Singapore design team. 2.Work with foreign architects to conceive the plan, and provides technical support and production technical drawings related to the implementation of the project.3.As an important designer , participate the" Guangzhou shipyard master plan" project, which is a comprehensive waterfront urban complex (1.254 million sq), transforming Guangzhou shipyard into a destination for commerce, entertainment and contemporary living.

Lead the team to complete various works of the architectural design. Understand the intention of Party A, and make judgment and control over the direction and technical details of the design.Main projects: Hangzhou Asian Games Village Official Village (Longhu) bidding proposal, Jiaozhou Aviation City Project (Industrial Park) plot conceptual desgin, Qingdao Yuexiu conceptual design, Xiamen Xinxiang Valley plot plan, Cangnan Wyndham Hotel concept design.

1.In charge of all procedures of concept design, contacting with clients, conceiving ideas , modeling, making booklet and so on , all the things needed to be done to help the company to get projects. Directly reporting to the boss.2.Among less than 2 years , have done more than ten concept design proposal. Three of them have been taken, which will be built in the next step. The three projects are:① Zhengzhou Shuanghe Lake office complex(office and commercial)②ORIENTAL YUHONFG Headquarters in East China (super-tall office)③Lijiang big data center (data center and supporting facilities)

Among four years,half the time have been participating in several import DD/CD projects which co design with famous foreign firms; half the time have been bidding for several import projects competition in China.
