Since May of 1994, I have worked in Europe or American manufacturing companies by taking the position of production superintendent, factory manager, manufacturing engineering manager and general managers for 21 years. In those companies, I have learnt and practiced knowledge of the World Class Manufacturing (5S, SMED, OEE, TPM, PDCA or continuous improvement or Kaizhen, etc), ISO9001, TS16949, Lean production, 6 Sigma, managing skill of factory manager, etc. Being the vice general manager, I personally established the whole quality system and independantly got the certificate of ISO9001 without any support from consulting agencies, and got the company qualified by Wirlepool. Right in the same company in one year I led the company to make the Indexes of PPM, cost and delivery on time better than those in the mother company in Springfield of USA. In Shenzhen, I led the company to intoduce many products from the mother companies in UK, Netherlands and Germany, accepted many big project then designed new processes and related manufacturing equipment to get them completed on time with good quality.
