1. To assist the general manager in the development of the company's development strategy and annual business objectives, and be in charge of enacting the annual work plan and work objectives. 2. Be in charge of manufacturing operation, quality department, engineering department.,. 3. Be responsible for the audit and approval of the annual budget, work plan and work objectives of the responsible departments. 4. Be in charge of delivery performance, quality cost, manufacturing cost.5. According to the actual situation of the company to establish and perfect the company management system, and supervise the implementation, periodic summary, adjustment and improvement6. New product development plan approval, reasonable allocation of resources to support the development of new products, to ensure the smooth conduct of new product development.7. Approval of production plan, implementation and monitoring of production plan, ensure the smooth completion of the production plan.8. Perfect quality system and EHS system according to the law, regulation and customer requirement.9. Regular review of the implementation of the work plan for each department, and evaluate the work of each department.10. Monitoring of the key performance indicators of the responsible department, regular review the accomplishment condition of the key performance indicators and develop the relevant measures to the indicators that may not be able to achieve.11. Organize the expert team to solve the difficult problems encountered in the development and production. 12. Presided over the company's comprehensive work when general manager is not in the company.

Responsible for quality system set up and maintenance. 7. Responsible for thirty party certificate audit and follow up audit. 8. Responsible for internal system audit and process audit.9.Afford quality method and quality system traing to company empployee, at the present I am responsible for Six Sigma Green Belt training, 8D training, PS training.10.Gudie all the departments to apply the relevant quality methods correctly(Example: 8D,MSA,SPC,FMEA,DOE,Six Sigma).11.Through FMEA analysis to dentify the potential risk and weak point including product and process,and control & improve the risk and weak point in advance to ensure high quality of new products.12. Quality assurance of new product via APQP, FMEA, control plan etc.13. Reqularly review the process FMEA to identify the new potential process risk to ensure process more robust and improve the nomal product quality.14. Lead to solve the big customer complaints and interal big quality problems.15. Through 8D assessment to make sure real root cause digged out, related actions enacted and implemented, and the complaints be closed correctly.16.Check whether the relevant quality methods were applied in the related departments and check whether the relevant quality methods were applied correctly.17. Help relevant departments to solve the difficut issue through developing Six Sigma projects.18. Promote Bosch Problem Solving methodology as Bosch Problem Solving Expert.
