Deal with all the business and emails from our foreign customer.Work as the interface of our company, establish good communication channel and contact with our clients to coordinate and solve project related matters.Transfer the design ideas and improvement measures of our engineer and our clients to each other.Receiving orders from our customer, and then arrange the production, tracking the progress of the production, the related processes are including: Injection, printing, painting, assemblying, inspection and export.Deal with all the problems accured during any department.Handle the complaints from our customers, arrange the meeting to find out the root cause and make the improvement measures.Receiving of our foreign customers when they do audit to our company or do business negotiation.Familiar with the process of import and export.Prepare the documents needed for custom clearence.Then, took over the project of Automobile. Major Responsibilities§ Perform Manager's tasks like accepting and making phone calls, setting business meeting agendas, sending memos, accepting visitors, reviewing incoming reports and setting Assigned Director daily schedule.§ Provide support on report and presentation.§ Manage inbound and outbound mail and other documents to the Manager, including sorting, archiving, editing, preparing for signatures, initiating or completing missing information.§ Prepare expense reports and travel itineraries, setup meetings with internal and external parties.§ Maintain lists of tasks and tracking progress made by task owners and drive timely progress through escalation to Manager.§ Manage purchasing of office supplies and other material needed for meetings, and other business needs.§ Act as single contact person for administrative issues and communication for Manager and functions. Organize or greatly contribute in organizing events that include dealers, vendors, or other local/international partners.§ Prioritize and influence tasks, meetings, itineraries, issues, approvals, and other items requiring the Manager's attention based on business need and other factors.§ Other duties as assigned (About 15% of the time).
