Responsibilities:1. Participant in PVD process in the beginning as TPM, Lead polishing processes later on process OQ/PQ,DOE validation ,Equipment update and related , etc.2. Use various characterization methods(XRD,XPS,SEM,TOF-SIMS) to do defect analysis and adjustment. Use JMP/Minitab to do data analysis and DOE design. Use Matlab/Ansys/Comsol to establish related model (for CNC/polishing/PVD machine),to get FEA analysis and standardize process development in the future.Achievement: Complete 2 version of iphone project development, and lead the team to ensure yield loss less than 1%. High customer satisfaction with clients for project deepdive. Several large-scale DOE completed with Multi-apartments coordination.
