• Core planning / AOP:1、Lead Cluster / MU core planning: target setting, development of AOP (annual operating plans) and monthly/quarterly forecasts 2、Review current progress toward AOP targets and support the development of contingency plans and corrective action 3、Support Region in national AOP development and review • Analytical Support :1、Support analysis of Cluster financial results, cash flow and balance sheet KPI’s to Cluster management to facilitate assessment and performance review, the identification of key issues and the development of corrective action plans. 2、Facilitate the development of effective cluster business strategy by developing economics to understand core business performance (Brand / Package / Channel Trend) 3、Lead MU to support monthly A&M planning and spending reconciliation for ensuring no overspend against AOP 4、Responsible for financial problems diagnosis and analysis, and put forward suggestions for production operation and cost control• Project Support 1、 Support CBR BD team in CAPEX analysis covering both normal line expansion and new Greenfield. • Support GM for target setting, develop financials of AOP and monthly / quarterly forecasts.• Review / analyze financial performance, track the progress vs AOP and suggest corrective actions if necessary• Act as SAP power user of all module, support SAP successful installation in Chengdu• Establish the rolling tracking & review system for promotion proposal and results.• Build an integrated data center to combine CAPEX system & A&M system & SIS system to support related reports timely output.• Support various CAPEX and BD projects, such as green field and line expansion
