• Improve Wiwynn NPI validation process and setup validation exit criteria for each developing phases.• L11 and L10 Integration test on Linux OS bases.• Present 2nd source component validation plan to Customer.• Help PM team understand technology trend and justify proper solution from ODM.• Plan and manage the schedule and resources required to perform the testing.• Document, implement, monitor, and enforce all processes for testing as per standards defined by the organization.• Drive Wiwynn validation team to meet customer's goal by weekly issue review with customer, and solution-seeking, joint effort with R&D team to make our quality higher standard.• Lead the test team members to manage assigned server products validation cycle and ensure the timely delivery of different testing milestones with quality.• Manage all the new coming US big customers such as Facebook and other tier 1 brand for all sever validation process end to end (From design to manufacturing).
