1．熟悉精密电子产品结构件完整生产制程，对组件注塑、检测、后加工、组装制程定义和产能提升有丰富经验；2.精通塑料PC、ABS、PE注塑工艺，熟悉注塑模具结构，会调试注塑机，会分析和解决注塑制品缺陷问题（比如制品表面收缩、翘曲变形、熔接痕、流痕、银丝、气泡、发黄、烧焦、批锋、顶白等）；3.会设计注塑模具，会设计工装夹具，熟练使用CAD、UG设计软件；4.熟悉编制各类工程技术文件，如注塑工艺参数表、流程图、SOP、FMEA、Buyoff、IPS、OEE等；5.熟悉ISO9001质量管理体系，有内审员资格证书，审核过公司内部体系；6.英文读写良好，能用英文进行日常交谈。1. Familiar with the complete production process of precision electronic product structural parts, Have rich experience in component injection molding, testing, secondary processing, assembly process definition and capacity improvement; (2); Be familiar with plastic product development project work, and have experience in project research and development, including preliminary review of new projects, mold opening and proofing, post-process processing, engineering testing, FAI/CPK size review, mold recognition, mass production promotion, etc; (3). Sorting out and summarizing defect data of injection molded products, organizing and leading new product process review meetings, analyzing and solving bad problems. 2. Proficient in plastic PC, ABS, PE injection molding process, familiar with the injection mold structure, can debug the injection molding machine, can analyze and solve the defects of injection molded products (such as product surface shrinkage, warpage, weld mark, flow mark, silver wire, bubble, yellowing, scorching, batch front, top white, etc.); 3. Can design plastic injection moulds and fixtures, skillfully use CAD and UG design software; 4. Be familiar with compiling various engineering technical documents and technical summary reports, such as injection molding process parameter table, flow chart, SOP, FMEA, Buyoff, IPS, OEE, etc.; 5. Familiar with ISO9001 quality management system, obtain the qualification certificate of internal auditor, and have actual combat experience in company system audit. 6. Good at reading and writing English, able to talk in English everyday.
