Area Procurement Analyst – Greater China
CurrentCurrent my role summary: Analysis of saving and compliance reports for each of the procurement councils• Communicating with procurement champions and properties for monthly spend on purchases from local approved vendors for seafood, meats, poultry, vegetable, fruit, condiment to analyze contract compliance percentage comparing to the goals set in each councils’ Balance Scored Card• Summarize individual property monthly saving and individual procurement council monthly saving amount.• Reporting to ADP on what findings from Analysis to alert on non-compliance issue.• Rectifying wrong information provided after discussion with procurement champion and hotel purchasing manager to make sure accuracy of the information submitted. SPG Hotel Supporting • Providing SPG different brand hotel HOE list to the pre-opening hotel who has requested.• Answering SPG products specification when SPG hotels approach MIP Shanghai office• Following up SPG hotel brand required program such as new line bathroom amenities, terry towel, bed linen., etc.• Helping to launch brand standard collaterals and pen within SPG hotels in China Birch Street System• Supporting BOS for BSS GO LIVE and suggestion of best practices for purchasing standpoint as catalog, category and others• Designing draft group reporting formats forwarded to BOS team MIP Shanghai Office admin• Assist with sponsor work.• TER/CONCUR Travel & expense • Filing, paper work.• Monthly review of China approved list• Communication with other disciplines sit in the same office
