1. Teaching 4 classes every weekend on average and communicating with the parents about their children’s performance on class. 2. Talking to parents on the phone each week to gain a deeper knowledge of their children’s school performance and family situation. Making personalized study plan for students and giving feedback to parents. 3. Show parents the outcomes of the course and persuading them into resuming the course. During service time my Best resuming rate is 95%.

1. Studying teaching skills in the training camp. I was awarded as one of the best trainees before service time and I got “merit”in the new product training. 2. Teaching and talking with parents about their children’s performance in class. I offered service for approximately 200 customers and got good feedback. 3. Convincing customers how reliable and excellent the product and service is. My average buying rate reaches 90% during service time.
