Founded in 2010 by GalaxyCore (a leading CMOS company with several offices worldwide) Silead is the fastest growing IC design house in China. Over 120 million IC's have been shipped worldwide representing 70% of PAD China ODM. The company employ's over 150 technicians and has forecasted revenues of 1 Billion Dollars in 2015. (includes Galaxycore).My job here is to develop finger print chips by my professional knowledge and experience in IC backend design.

Primarily responsible for IC backend design, including physical design (PD) by utilizing ICC or Encounter. Specifically, floorplan is processed, place, CTS and route are analyzed, and the timing violation of each of the stages are compared. Thus, the constraint is adjusted, and the optimization of timing and DRC of block is achieved. Furthermore, at the stage of ECO, small violations are fixed according to PrimeTime's internal and full chip timing reports, and DRC is fixed in response to Calibre's report to reach design standards. Also for ECO, some additional respects are taken into account to adjust the design of block.In the project cycle, phased results are released to associated members of other functional teams for extracting and analyzing necessary data.
