Learning and teaching

-Development of  integrated bilingual curriculum for kindergaten and primary school and lead successful accreditation for IB primary years programme.-Lead on development of school language policy, assessment policy,SEN policy, subject scope and sequence with all stakeholders.-Maintain high quality of teaching and learning, provide teachers with support and guidance based on class observations.-Lead collaborative planning and teacher trainings and set up long term continuous professional development  plan for staff.-Deliver parent workshops to increase awareness and understanding of the programme and curriculum philosophy.-Promote collaboration among schools in the regional network by leading, organizing teacher job-alike/school shadowing activities.

-Maintain and ensure high quality of teaching and learning.-Communicate with IB for programme implementation and development of long term school action plans.-Provide teachers with academic support and guidance.- Conduct class observations and provide constructive feedbacks for teachers.- Lead school workshops for teachers and parents related to IB philosophy and curriculum.
