1. In charge of the purchasing of big welding, insulation and machining components. Place 50 million RMB orders facing with local and overseas suppliers.2. Support Alstom global sourcing and R&D projects in Chinese market.3. According to project master schedule, establish the purchasing schedule for the assigned project4. Prepare orders from ERP for assigned products and negotiate with suppliers according to the company purchasing condition and internal rules, and arrange the kick off meeting.5.I n charge of the first review of material substitution request from supplier. Propose low cost but right material substitution to engineering.6. Find the best solution to ensure the product on time delivery and control the budget for the project.7. Cooperate with quality engineers to check and follow up the quality issues of supplier during manufacturing and before delivery.8. Analyze the Non-Confirm Report (NCR), and support engineering department for disposition. And cooperate the disposal.9. Estimate and arrange the payment play to financial department.10. Lead the quality improvement of suppliers with quality and engineering departments.
