-Control the process of supplier development, seasonal supplier evaluation and seasonal capacity blocking for production to support the implementation of company’s sourcing strategy.-Control assigned product categories and being the key communicator for the assigned product areas in the location.-Control the sourcing activities for a business unit or several product areas.-Responsible for coordination of all operational activities from proto sample development, costing and production tracking.-Manage and control Fabric and Trim development in coordination with the fabric and trim teams, ensuring they meet the required standards.-Lead in Price Negotiation with suppliers to help buyer to save cost and reach OMU-Communicate order details and requirements to suppliers / production units, manage and control the whole process of pre and post order placement ensuring satisfactory execution of all POs placed in order to meet all commercial KPIs: OTD, RTS, Conformity, Lead Time, etc-Provide clarity and input to the line manager and cross functional parties (eg: QA/TSM Teams) on order status and supplier capabilities.-Control and track orders critical path, forecast delays and course correct if needed with proactive action plans to ensure On Time Delivery.-Identify and diagnose production problems and work with suppliers to present alternatives to buyers and line managers.-Support the SSC teams in ensuring that suppliers adhere to SSC requirements and corrective plans.-Responsible for sourcing market development, reviewing and proposing to add or exit suppliers-Handled categories: top/bottom/outwear in woven and knitted styles for Men/Ladies/Kids;Currently be in charge of all categories for Brazil men. -Handled Markets:Europe/Mexico(around 80 stores)/Brazil(around 200 stores)

1.Source garment factories per HQ’s request to make sure order is placed on right supplier at good price.2.Track the garment production closely,detect potential risk in advance and work with supplier to offer suggestion to HQ to make sure order could be delivered on time per HQ’s required quality/quantity3.Control the whole process of development and production for fabric and trims to ensure garment factories both at home and abroad receive the bulk at good quality/quantity on time.4.Arrange QC to take inspection in the factories when the bulk garments are ready.Once any major issue happens,work with supplier to offer alternatives for HQ to solve it.5.Make documentation and contact forwarder to arrange shipment once QCC1 is passed.6.Supervise the performance of fabric and trims suppliers to ensure they well understand and follow our requirement accordingly.7.Source new fabric and trim suppliers once current supplier matrix couldn’t meet our requirement8.Make contracts and supervise the payment status when the fabric and trims are delivered to garment suppliers;9.Supervise the inventory status of fabric and trims closely and order new bulk if necessary in order to safeguard garment production go on smoothly.10.Arrange mandatory tests for fabric, trims and garments to ensure they are in compliance with related regulation. 11.Accompany the colleagues from Holland to visit garment/trim suppliers’ factories.
