Role& Responsibility: • Make concerted efforts to incorporate sustainability into strategy.• Transform the company to become more ESG-oriented.• Coordinate sustainability efforts in the organization, both horizontally between the sustainability pillars and functions, and vertically across hierarchical levels up to the CEO.Achievements/Tasks:• Sustainability strategy development, initiative execution and strategy cascading. • Establish the working network of sustainability, define role and responsibility.• Establish regional sustainability guideline and knowledge& information sharing database.• Organize regular sustainability committees, coordination meetings, workshops, training and events.• Track and support all sustainability subprograms and initiatives for different functions/divisions/locations in order to add value to the business. • Prepare regional ESG annual report.• Keep regular and task-oriented communication with HQ sustainability team.• Timely response to customers' sustainability requirement (e.g., surveys, audits, visit etc.)• Build up the sustainability competence among the organization.• Apply sustainability awards from external stakeholders (e.g. win the European Union Chamber of Commerce CSR Award for Excellence in Carbon Neutrality.

Role& Responsibility: • Business development, customer relationship promotion, proposal preparation, project execution and result delivery as a Project Manager and Service Leader.• Competence development of consultant team.• Manage a team of 2-4 people daily, and lead teams of 2-15 people in different projects.Achievements/Tasks:• Completed over 240 projects as consultant/project manager, covering various service types and scope, including ESG or Environmental & Social Due Diligence; ESG Reporting; ESG Strategy Development; ESG data analysis；EHS Permitting and Government Relationship Service; Decarbonization Plan Design; Onsite EHS Management; Supplier Chain Social Responsibility Audit; EHS Compliance Audit; EHS Management System Review; Environmental/EHS/Technical/Infrastructure Due Diligence; Phase I/II Environmental Site Assessment; Training Service; Industrial Hygiene Assessment; Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API) assessment projects；Policy and Legal Analysis; and Technical Consulting related to EHS. • Accumulated rich experience in communicating with different government departments/officials, evaluation agencies, third-party laboratories, engineering companies, etc.• Accumulated rich experience in a wide range of industries, including animal husbandry, food manufacturing, textiles, clothing, leather and footwear, oil mining, coal mining, petroleum refining, chemical manufacturing, rubber and plastic product manufacturing, metal product manufacturing, equipment manufacturing, consumer electronics, power supply, casting, logistics, retail, professional laboratories, etc.• Accumulated rich experience in cooperating and communicating with diffident customers, including group CEOs, asset departments, EHS directors, managers and engineers, factory managers, bankers, investors, accounting firms, lawyers, etc.
