The MPV got first 5 star rating of SGMW, and won the sales champion of the year. 2014-2015, Worked as a safety expert to support SouEast DX7 get their first C-NCAP 5 star.  2015-2017, Worked as a project manager for a Dongfeng SUV project. Mainly focus on new loadcases, such as small overlap. Get very good correlation and good performance. 2017-2018, Worked as a project manager in Changan for a new EV car. BIW and subframe are made of aluminum, A lot of optimization methods were used. Such as topology, topography, C123, MDO (based on DOE).  2018-2019, work as a project manager and safety expert of a small overlap crash project for SGMW. The baseline small overlap test got poor rating in first 10 test of C-IASI, then we involved, did correlation and made many design improvements with insufficient mass increased. SGMW made a new vehicle to do the small overlap test again which applied all the optimizations we made. The test got GOOD rating, and the performance was almost the same with our CAE prediction. 2020-Now, work as a project manager and safety expert for a Geely EV car. The goal is to win Euro NCAP 5 star in 2023.  Expert in crash, both in crashworthiness and restraint system. Expert in optimization, especially multidisciplinary optimization.
