a. Set up quality projects list, including cost-reduction projects, efficiency-improvement projects, customer-satisfaction projects and other lean manufacturing projects.b. Collect data & make analysis to the cost-reduction projects with Finance department to validate the feasibility and saving-forecasting.c. Lead/Monitor the implementation and progress of quality projects.d. Coordinate cross-plants quality projects to ensure the projects implementation.e. Quality system maintenance and development, mainly for procedures upgrading and improvement.f. Support quality function head for quality department management, etc. budget setting, KPI setting, and quality meeting organization and so on.

a. Attend regular management conference, give quality presentation to management team and propose to company running policy from quality view.b. Collect all projects development information and keep weekly conference call with customer for timely report and relevant instruction, and then chase responsible departments for quick action or correction.c. Organize daily quality meeting for production lines for quality status monitor, and arrange corrective action with responsible departments involved when a quality incident or customer concern issued.d. Management for quality department running, etc new engineer recruitment, work assignment, document signature and work arrangement of quality.e. Pushing for application of TS system and organize preparation for annual audit.

a. Involved in project feasibility analysis and set up project development timing plan with responsible department together.b. Be responsible for quality control for tool trials and assembly trial until all components/product and process get stable and ready for mass production. c. Organize quality meeting after receiving customer feedback and concerns for samples submission, and implement improvement actions with responsible departments, etc design change, tool modification, and report to customer for validation.d. Create and maintain project development PDCA, and push responsible department for improvement until all issues closed.e. Keep direct communication with customer for timely report, such as tool modification, engineering change, customer spec feasibility and so on.f. Confirm and clarify DVP list with customer and organize related test at authorized lab, and make analysis and necessary deviation requirement to customer.g. Apply audit to suppliers and make sure the supplier is capable to provide BOP in good quality and enough quantity.i. Arrange daily jobs assignment for subordinate QE and inspectors, such as PPAP documents making, full sorting in stock and so on.

a. Make control plan and inspection procedure for injection and assembly production according to customer spec, and apply relevant training on inspectors and operators.b. Submit PPAP documents to customer for PSW signature and get SOP approval. c. Set inspection standard for incoming components and sign PSW for bought-out-parts after validation for purchasing approval.e. Set up measurement system and necessary inspection gauges for production dims and function control, and make MSA validation for make sure the gauge are OK for use.f. Analyze DVP required by customer and organize related test at authorized lab, etc SGS. g. Communication with customer for engineering changes, quality feedback, urgent quality incident, deviation requirement and so on. h. Deal with customer complains, including organizing quality meeting with responsible departments, 8D report reply and corrective actions validation and so on.i. Deal with non-conforming and quality problems for daily production, and issue CAR to chase responsible department for improvement.

a. Arrange physical test for all kinds of product, make analysis and judgment according to the test results and inform responsible departments.b. Arrange outside lab chemical test according to customer requirement, and report to customer on time.c. Organize quality improvement meeting with responsible department when product is found to be non-conforming in either physical or chemical test. d. Make internal control procedure according to customer spec on production line, and apply training for the inspectors and line operators.e. Assist company ISO commissioner for ISO system implementation and improvement, and make regular internal self-audit.
