1.Determine the business needs of application and map to a process design document (flows and definitions)2.Design, configure, and troubleshoot AFS MM objects.3.Analyze the development of new requirement, and then create the functional specification for ECC enhancement or BI report.4.Assist to implement the vendor portal project (ECVision), monitor the stability and user support.

1.Participate in OSRAM new SAP project for 20 Asian companies, took charge on logistic business analysis and system implementation.2.Support the SAP key user to solve problem or development on new requirement.3.Monitor and analyze Asian logistics warehouse and distribution network via running business data from system (SAP / BW), assist to analyze logistic strategy for cost down and resource consolidation.4.Rollout and localize new function from OSRAM HQ to Asian companies, international project work and project Management.

1.As the SAP internal consultant for Hager Group, implemented the SAP project for 5 branches ( 2 manufacturing enterprise and 3 oversea trading companies).In the project team, I took charge of MM/WM module, worked with the SCM team to do the business analysis, made the blueprint, customizing, user training and data migration while project going live. 2.Take responsibility of MM/WM module trouble shooting and new function support for 5 branches via the IT helpdesk. 3.Improved the current process, implemented and localized the new project from Corporate IT.
