1.Collect customer’s demandsAnalysis general project information from customer; make draft system diagram and draft function description or technical proposal document; Attend customer’s technical requirement discussion meeting, define customer really demands. Understand customer’s plan, when do FAI for product and system; 2.Cost calculateMake whole scope of supply and project plan; build project team; Do cost calculation and control project cost; cost control is done from design, purchase, production etc;3.Detailing and following project planFAI date is input information for project plan. All work should be finished before this time. Project plan is normal made in project meeting with team together. Break down work package, define task owner for each package, find critical path. 4. Organize Quality Gate MeetingThere are 7 quality gates during whole project in company process. Each quality gate is the milestone in the project plan; 5. Project Track and Open Item FollowingThe best solution for me to track project status is following Open Item List for each project. Open item list includes development history of cases and shows latest situation by “Open” or “Close”. Use different color to show urgency degree of each issue. Spend half to one hour to update the open item list is updated every day before leave office to make sure OIL keep same step as actual situation. 6. Risk forecast and managementAnalysis project situation and forecast risk, take preventive action to avoid risk. For can’t be huntered risk, use available management solution and find solution to decrease influence to lowest level.7. Localization Production ManagementMake sure Germany training team has good communication with China worker without any misunderstanding. Create, follow and control production train plan. Balance departs of import loose parts and local loose parts. Monitor local production quality.
