I graduated from Taipei Medical University pharmacy Dep. and therefore, I joined the Fujisawa pharmaceutical company HP sales team then and the company changed his name on 2005 as Astellas, which focus on urology no matter on functional urology or oncology. This is an Japanese company but they like to present in English though, For my English was pretty good to talk to foreign speaker, so I have to be a local guide while foreigner guest come to Taichung. As I joined Astellas as a MR, then DM, to a Sales Manager for almost 30 years from HP, GP to DS pharmacist committee experiences especially focus on Genital Urology and other divisions as well. I achieved annual prize of “GM Award” almost every year and Star Award in Japan. I worked with my team members with great synergy. Maybe we are the only one pharma who can join all the medical centers, GU of Taiwan together on one night without official purposes and tried to figure out what we could do better for patients. Besides, Astellas had CNS drugs; Antifungal drugs; RA drugs; Gout drugs. So I’m quite familiar with heads of Psychiatry、ID、and AIR. We can talk by Line or phone. And thus I won a lots of Prize as you can see by my EMBA applications years ago. I’m a pharmacist but I never forget, so I went to apply drug store and local clinics to practice my pharmacy skills. As you can also see my EMBA recommendations by the president of GP clinic. Scientific or academic approaching is getting important in these days especially on oncology field as a sales team. Not only for discussing with HCPs but also for patient centricity. The KOLs of GU love to discuss with me by literatures update and what could be a better choice for patients. We could talk by Line or Phone anytime available. My members have the skills as I coached them with great achievement. Achieving the Goal is the destiny as a Sales Manager, I’d try any single chance to do so under compliance. But also to ease the Doctor's burden and help people. Thank you!
