2011.09~2015.12 Worked in Assembly department 2016.01~2019.04 Work in Insert Mold department My responsible products are used in tier1 auto supplier, especially Autoliv who provide components to GM/Ford/Nissan/Volvo. The commercial product customers include Huawei/IBM/Dell/HP/H3C/Jabil/Foxconn. I focus on internal process quality and customer complaint, also deal with supplier’s quality issue which affect my responsibility products.

1. Implementing CI activities on production line, reduce the PPM. 2. Update quality improvement report to managers on MRB meeting weekly. 3. Find out root cause for process defect and take corrective actions. 4. Qualify new raw materials/components and equipment, improve process and provide correspondence report; 5. Update Inspection Plan/product cosmetic standard based on customer's special request, and maintenance quality system. 6. Asist chief engineer to assignment of personnel, and staff training on professional skills.
