1. Work as the main contact window for three supply chain related projects( CCG/DCG/IOTG) . Familiar with project start up and daily management, Support Sales, factory and market team to grow revenue by collecting and analyzing Project’s key data. I need to make sure that program benefits can support clear targets, ROI measurement and legal compliance etc. 2. Conduct Project training to more than 30 new customers, the training mainly focus on project benefits, market consumption analysis, data execution & process.3. Calculate & execute VIP rebate payment for over 80+ customers with complex & multiple tiers rebate structure. Comply with variable rebate structure such as timely, accuracy & growth, figure out template with multiple excel function and Pivotable to finish rebate calculation efficiently.

Order management and logistics tracking in SAP/ERP. Place order and tracking order status, can deal with more than 200 lines order efficiently. Monitor the shipment status, work out plans to avoid delivery risk, work with different stakeholders to close supply gap and urgent shipment.4. Sample project and materials management. Monitor sample testing process and finish the delivery to customer, work with sales and factory to ensure materials supply of multiple production.5. Good capacity on team management, restructure and enlarge support team, organize to create SOP for the whole team, responsible for recruitment, training and daily management of a team made of 8 staffs.

1. Follow up LG customer purchase order, make sure the PCB can be produced on time and delivered to customer on time, keep in touch with customer.2. Familiar with foreign trade procedure, deal with emergency such as quality complaint, wrong shipment and customs delay, arrange for cargo shipment to Poland, Mexico by sea or by air.3. Proficient with ERP and Oracle software operation, deal with rebate data efficiently.
