 Data Analysis:• Continue taking the same content analyst's responsibilities; Build a good relationship with source vendor; Project Handling:• Play an important role in Japanese bond market related project, come up with different ideas, revise project content and promote project; collaborate with various teams to set new format of data in database; Automation Enhancement:• By using internal and external tools, set automation for some tasks, to shorten working time and lighten working load; Training Delivery:• Direct content analyst how to use proper methods and words to handle queries and resolve cases; Take responsibility for new staff's training to help new staff on board smoothly; Partnership Building:• Involve in refresh project to experience and understand what other teams do to tighten the partnership.

 Data Analysis:• Collect and analyze entity information from annual report and other public information to set up required entity in database; Maintain data in Japanese foreign exchange, treasury and bond market; Set up Reuters Instrument Code for Japanese bond market timely for trading purpose; Collaborate with various teams to unify data in different databases;  Project Handling:• Involve in Japanese bond market related project; Customer Support:• Handle and resolve cases from clients; take part in HelpDesk’s daily work to get a better view of customer support.
