Main responsibility: ● CM factories set up, including lines, testers, facility and production layout, ESD, safety etc.● Lead team of manufacturing, test and OEM engineers to introduce new products from NPI to MP.● Identify and develop the lines, tools, assembly fixture, tester, facilities for new products. ● Lines, processes qualification from SMT to final PKG for each NPI build.● Work with the design engineering and CM to identify and escalate manufacturing challenges by Enforcing DFM ,DFA and DFT principles.● Work with operations, hardware and software engineering to implement and optimize manufacturing FPY and efficiency from prototype to MP.● Capacity technical review and new process development.● NRE(non-recurring expense) review and approval.● Line stops/Purges/Quality issues leadership and lead CIP for MP products.Key Performance:Ⅰ. III. Achieved three factories average on time delivery rate improvement from 87% to 98%, average FPY Improvement from 91% to 98%, OBA & ORT DPPM improved from 200 to 0 for mast Production projects. IV. Achieved three factories average PQA audit score improvement from 66.7% to 82%,

Main Responsibility:● Coordinate daily work between EE (Electronic Engineering) and overseas customer. ● EE Key projects risks management, milestone review and approval.● EE key projects gent chart follow up to make sure on time delivery of all WBS.● EE project cost prediction, cost decision making and cost control.● EE project team management, such as process confirmation, performance review.● EE internal operation improvement such as set up regularly communication, provide training for problem solving, build up design rules and escalation system .Key Performance:Ⅰ. Established some standardized work such as report template, document structure, testing procedure, etc. Ⅱ. Achieved 30% labor cost reduction base on work loading and work flow optimization in EE.

Main Responsibility: ● Leading a 32 persons manufacturing engineering team for sample run and mass production support, it included：-Lean line design, work place design. Routing time estimation-Fixtures design facility and equipment introduction.-Production capacity and line layout planning.-Value stream design, Value stream planning. P-FMEA making● Developing department yearly budget and make cost control.● Implement and improve Bosch production system. ● Implement and improve Bosch quality system. ● Lead the whole team to reach department KPI. ● Annual performance assessment for team members.● Development of annual departmental training plan. Key Performance:Ⅰ. Reduced the average through put time from 4 days to 3 days for finished goodsⅡ. Increased the samples on time delivery rate from 87% to 91%Ⅲ. Increased FPY (first pass yield) for finished goods from 94.2% to 99.1%IV. Reduced the production down time from 1.3hrs/line/shift to 0.4hr/line/shift.

● Time management, resource management, cost management, quality management, risk management and purchasing management for GPS project introduced from New Zealand.Ⅰ. Realized GPS project finished goods FPY 99.32% (target: 99%) and on time delivery within scheduled cost.

Main responsibility:● Responsible for SMT line changeover, programming, machine repair and maintenance.● Calculating the annual budget and cost control. Provide training to technician and engineer.● Review daily production plan, Provide technical support to the technicians and engineers. ● Manpower planning, the introduction of new equipment, production material and status monitoring. Key Performance:Ⅰ. As 5S and ISO internal auditor introduced the 5S and ISO9000, ISO9002 quality system.Ⅱ. Established a quick changeover system, improved changeover time from 45 min to 12 minⅢ. Introduced TPM system, Introduced FMEA system for the company in process of product development, manufacturing and transportationⅣ. Realized saving of USD 20.07K/month through increased AOI (Automatic Optical Inspection) detectability with six sigma project.

Main responsibility: ● Analysis of defective products.● Improved tools and jigs and assembly step analysis to improve productivity.● Improvement through lean manufacturing and projects to reduce the number of operators, production shifts and plant space requirements.● Design fixtures, production line structures, line layout, work instructions, logistics, operational flow and quotation creation for new products.Key Performance:Ⅰ. Established a standard time calculation system for new product quotation.Ⅱ. Operator quantity reduced from 12 to 10 person/line/shift (station cycle time reduced from 168 seconds to 139.2 seconds, station quantity reduced from 12 to 10 ) and work floor space reduced from 45.24㎡/line to 38.28 ㎡/line(2 stations saved,3.48㎡per station).
