1. Identify the reliability requirements from the needs of customer and marketing, translate it into design guideline; 2. Setup reliability team and draw up the qualification plan to evaluate the product design; 3. Facilitate Potential Problem Analysis in product design; 4. Qualify new technologies developed by R&D;5. Work with designers and engineering groups to solve issues, Building up and maintaining a complete set of Failure Analysis, using both internally as well as externally available resource;6. Perform additional testing to aid in localizing failures;7. Support root cause analysis and corrective actions for customer questions and supplier issues;8. Define good and reasonable reliability tests for each new product & keep updated about new reliability method;
