I worked as the Japan/China Market IP BD in Alifish for 3 and a half years, responsible for acquirement of famous IP's merchandising master licenses. I also followed up sublicensee's recruitment and deal memos approval processes. Then, after working as the Rights Director for almost 2 years in KAISHU Story, a famous kid's audio content production house in China, I came to TAL to devote in the co-production of instructing and interesting content products for kids. We have publishing business line as well as digital contents and smart devices business line. Most of our contents are original works created by our inhouse studios, but we are now open to adapat other IP Owner's works in co-production projects, especially adaptation rights of famous IPs.
