Job responsibilities :1. Lead new product DFA, DFT review, participate DFM review；2. Lead new product assembly and testing procoss development；3. Lead new production assembly equipment, test equipment, fixtures design ,equipment selection and production, setup, adjustment , process verification 。4. New product trial run verification, problems improvement and process maturity review. 5. Lead Group yearly capacity planning, industrial park and production plant room process design.6. Undertake the implementation of intellegate manufaturing strategy of the group, planning yearly investment budget for manufacturing upgrated, make sure manufacturing techonelogy leading automotive electronic industry. 7. Lead Kanzen: optimize process flow, improve production CT, qualtiy performance, OEE, breakdown and test false alarm .etc8. Team members management, competence development and KPI evaluation. 9. Set up equipment management system, TPM promotion.

1.Planning new euquipment,jig and tools investment plan base on BU project schedule. 2.Evaluate new product manufacturing and assembling capability，participate proess design .3.new equipment introduce, setup and evaluation, old machine modification4.lead maintenance team to make sure production line 24 running smoothly; plan and execute planned preventive maintenance5. Participate in PFMEA audit audit every week, and make improvement suggestions for process, equipment, quality and production management, and follow up to improvement progress. 8.team member performance mangement and competence developmentAchievement: 1.In the case of adding 4 new production lines, Breakdown reduce from 6.5% to 1.8%,maintenance cost from 1600KRMB to 320KRMB,POEE increase from 78% to 86%.2 .Introduce cobot to replace manual operation ,saving 20 employees and 1.6 million cost per year
