The NPP program manager is responsible for:o Ensuring ABB's NPP business safe, reliable and controllable in compliance with China Nuclear Safety Law and ABB's directives.o Identifying the pipeline of opportunities and get agreement from LBU/ STECO on the target projects.o Making sure resources are available in LBU to prepare the bidding and approval processes, including Risk Reviews.o Maintaining experienced resources in the LPG´s and experience sharing, training of newly allocated resources.o Being a coordination role and LBU resources have a dotted line reporting to him.

Responsible for the front-end sales job for medium-voltage and low-voltage switchgears in the nuclear power business.Participate in NPP project execution and after-sales, service job with team cooperation.

Responsible for the front-end sales and implementation of low-voltage switchgears, distribution boxes and other low-voltage businesses in the nuclear power business;Develop American standards ANSI/UL low voltage switchgears localization;Also involved in other power construction industry and electrical equipment sales.
