this is my second job. Our company mainly manufacture ATV AND UTV parts such as plow and fender-guard and push beam and trailer and plastic part and security net and so on. I am working as a senior quality engineer and in charge of supplier management include new project confirmation and tracking in production. Here I have good communications with our supplier. So we are getting along well with our suppliers. I directly report to quality manager who is in charge in China section.Key operational responsibilities:- Product outgoing quality inspection.-Supplier in-process audit.- Production Roll improvement- Weekly/Monthly Quality Reporting-Process Capability Study (Cp & Cpk) to improve process in supplier side.-Actively manage and report supplier performance on monthly basis- Provide training to new inspectors/suppliers.-

this is my first job. So I went to workshop and worked as a normal inspector。From here, I got so much experience such as be familiar with metal technology and ways and a various of surface treatment include chemical reaction and painting. In 2005, I got a promotion as a quality manager. Our company manufactured lighting and exported American and Europe. Lighting product can be divided into three sections. The first section: many labels, lighting products belong to electrical products. So need through UL Standard. The second section: lighting body, be made up of welding part and stamping part and tube and various surface treatment such as coating and painting powder and electrofacing and so on. The third section: electric Wire , so need be through UL standard. Our company is a manufactured factory, so I managed 12 QA and directly reported to general manager.Key operational responsibilities:-build and maintain quality system:ISO9000-Quality issues handling and problem solving with cross function team-Inspectors coaching and performance control- Define Quality control instructions needed and implement it on production line.-Deal with customer complaints-Assist and give some advice for choosing our suppliers
