1. Developing the product roadmap from technical point of view;2. Defining HW system structure of product and the product function specification;3. Responsible for evaluating and introducing the new platform with best cost performance to ensure the competitiveness of the product;4. Communicating with PLM and engineer to help PLM output the PMR;5. Composing HW PFS based on PMR and relevant technical standard;6. Cost analyzing for new platform based on market requirement;7. Study the new technology and follow up new solutions in the industry: BCM/ST/Hsilicon/Mstar/Montage

Act as Team leader and SE in STB hardware group of IPTV department.As team Leader, responsible for evaluating and allocating the resource in my team, hardware designing and debugging；As HW SE，responsible for evaluating the platform that suitable for our product and translating the MRD into HW SRS.
