Make sure the effectiveness of shipbuilding rules, standard, document regarding quality and technical docs. 3、Be aware of the quality status at site in time and predict the problems in the process of construction even prevent it beforehand4、If find problems，halt the working immediately. Have scheduled and unscheduled the quality meeting with partners to prevent problems transfer to the next process; Try to achieve zero defects delivery.5. Deeply understand the requirements of drawings and craftsmanship before carry out inspection，reform relative departments to rectify timely.6、Visit the ship owners and Class Society to know the status of inspection.7、If personnel shortage and tight schedule emerged, adjust the inspection manpower whenever necessary to ensure the production and reduce cost at all possible.8、Make good record of inspection and make sure the documents’ quality achieve delivery standards for saving times to the ship delivery.
