I started my career in the capital market group of a major Japanese investment bank, and for the first two years I was in the rating advisory business. For the next three years I was in the stock underwriting department for IPO projects of major life insurance companies and public offerings of various operating companies, also engaged in convertible bond projects. After that, I was engaged in the merger project of our company for half a year in the Corporate Planning Department. After obtaining an MBA from Hitotsubashi University Graduate School of International Corporate Strategy, I worked as an equity research analyst in the game, amusement, and internet sectors at the Stock Research Department after working in the Stock Underwriting Department.After that, I changed my job to another major Japanese investment bank and engaged in M​​&A, IPO and finance origination and execution business for TMT sector clients as a coverage banker.After that, at an M&A intermediary company for small and medium-sized enterprises, I conducted everything from finding seller companies to matching with buyer companies, due diligence, and closing, leading to the conclusion of projects.Currently, as CFO of an AI-related E-learning venture company, Aidemy, I am in charge of financing, business alliances, and overall corporate affairs.
