Manage the schedule，cost and quality for aircraft engine or gas turbine mechanical design projects as engineering project leader. Also，be responsible for the design， analysis，manufacturing assessment，maintainability study as engineering focal. Organize regular meeting with all cross function teams to discuss and solve any technical or program issues.Work scope：1.Transfer and break down the voice of customer to detail engineering requirements according to industry standard, design practice and then define the design scope, schedule and quality as project leader2.Generate the concept design solution according to the defined scope, and measure the cost, quality and schedule for the concept before the next step, meanwhile creating 3D models, roughly handle calculation check, test plan.3. Perform the preliminary design analysis which includes FEA stress analysis, fatigue analysis clearance check, also assess the customer interface/assembly and maintainability, then improve the design according to the analysis results. Prepare prototype or pilot run for further tests and certification.4. Do various of tests according to the industry and company standard, and optimize the detail design solution based on the test results and review comments if possible.5. Pass all tests and ensure all technical requirements/project requirement meet the scope design in project plan. Then release all drawings and move project to mass production stage, support production/manufacturing if necessary6. Follow up feedback from external or internal customer after mass production, do best to provide any technical clarification to customer or do product optimization based on their feedback7. Control the project schedule and technical requirements by presenting in all kinds of project Toll gate reviews and design reviews, influence all stake holders to buy in the design and approve the project

Lead the small drill project independently, Controlled the schedule, quality and cost of the project. Moved the project from concept design stage to mass production stage.Design work: Responsible for the mechanical design of whole product (including plastic housing, motor shaft, spur gear ect.).Quality Support: Responsible for the test result analysis( dimension, practical test, temperature, drop, EMC, virbration, noise ect.), and completed design improvement based on these analysis results;Sourcing Support: Supported to qualify vendors, finished qualifications and daliy technical discussion with engineers from vendors.Production line Support: Support to design the fixtures that used in production; Solve the problems happend on production line together with product engineers.
