Working on new infusion disposable design, test and verification:1. Lead multiple components/system design and development on several projects, qualify design concept, identify development and verification plan& schedule, manage supplier to deliver tooling development, component assembly, verification, certification;2. Raw material selection according to bio-compatibility, mechanical and chemical compliance; 3. Feasibility study on FEA analysis and GD&T;4. Risk analysis and management according to DFEMA;5. Definition critical parameters for production and assembly through DOE analysis; 6. Components producing stability assumption study based on Mento Carlo analysis;7. Build test methods and qualify test methods according to MSA on repeatability and reproducibility;8. Lab capability establishment to meet related product standards verification;9. Product aging condition study to make sure shelf life meeting requirement.10. Develop product verification plan and task arrangement, guide and arrange related personnel to carry out product verification test.

Main work is design and team management for infusion pump and LVP:1. work on program mechanical budget and design tasks &schedule planning, assign design tasks to team, lead team accomplish design tasks in time with high efficiency2. Audit and optimize design concepts and guide team to analysis issue and find solution3. Monitor design progress, reach out solution and make decision when having issues and schedule delay4. Team building with technical communication and sharing and team communication terminally, guide and encourage team growing up5.As team mentor, guide new member fit into team with introducing company process, roles and products history and assign design tasks reasonably6. Build department system with perfecting inside standard, design specification, design acceptance criteria and guidance7. department daily maintaince including working software maintaince, department budget plan and align with member requirements8. cross function communication to aligning with regulation conformance, ID design & products layout reasonability, feasibility for production and so on9. department resources management, resumes selection and member recruitment10. suppliers audit and management, guide and improve their capacity11. product critical module research to find design defect and improvement direction

Main work: Diagnostic Cardiology system mechanical design:1.Diagnostic cardiology system structure and mechanism design;2.Design analysis: design feasibility, DFX, FMEA, GD&T, mechanical analysis, structure strength analysis, insulation analysis, interference analysis, assembly and fit analysis etc. technical analysis;3.Products thermal ,reliability and function tests, tests tools design;4.Label and package design;5.Technical support for FDA,510K certification; 6.Technical support for plastic and die-casting parts molding.mechanical design management besides design:1. Optimize the mechanisms of old slides

Main work: Structural design for Digital Ultrasonic Diagnostic System1. Design new products: including sheet-metal parts design, plastic parts design, keyboard design, 3D/2D drawing design, package and label design, drawings management, etc.;2. Old productions improvement;3. Write the assembly process and technical support to mass-production;4. Write the maintenance manual for mechanical part；5. Products tests: products reliability tests，products packaging environment and transport tests, products function tests etc.;Besides, I also had improved the product to pass EU CE certification.
