Job Description:1. Business integration：setup new organization structure, and the personnel salary system.2. Support the head of business unit in production, quality, research and development and material control, etc.3. Host production strategic planning and annual/monthly plan of business unit.4. Carry on TPS（Lean prodution）4.1 Idntify and executesolutions forimprovement in safety, quality,productivity,costs using time studies,workflow,line balancing and capacit planning.4.2 Prepare specifications, designs and drawing of new equipment/tooling or modify existiing e of quipment for improvement of safety and productivity.4.3 Improve production cells and facility layout for optimum efficiency,ergonomics with a focus of lean production.4.4 Evaluate causes of manufacturing/quality problems and assist in resolving such problems. Work closely with prodution and engineering.4.5 Reduce manufacturing cost while improving product quality.5 Presided over the construction and examination for the production department, quality department,PMC, R＆D department, tooling department, printing department.6 Implementation of manufacturing cost control, coordination with the implementation cost assessment of the company‘s financial center.7 Assist the business unit leader to participate in group meeting and report the work progress

Job description:1.Discussion DFM with supplier and apply idea for better design.2.General Assembly review and suggestion.3.Transform correct information and requirements, ensure supplier understand our specification. Monitor the manufacturing process and schedule to meet the dead line.4.Support Mould maker, if they in doubt.5.Participate in mold trials.6.Follow up with T01 to final approval, during the pre-production or qualification of the assembly process, collect full data for further improvement or adjustment, trouble shoot mold problems in the factory as required , working closely with departments to ensure quality products.7.Follow molds approval process （tooling manager to approve mold）.8.Perform technical mold data management9.Provide reliable and transparent cost break down estimations for plastic parts and tools.10.Provide cost optimization proposals as well in the design phases as well as sustaining parts.11.Support the commodity team to reach their business objectives.12.Make improvement for qulity problem and make the assembly action standardized for production line.（IE technique used:help the production line balance in human capacity, process flow,opeartion personnel of accuracy,efficiency and comfortable）13.Production line configuration and opeartion process optimization of the lean production knowledge.
