1. Take the charge of electrical automation control of Robot bulid in house project. Include selection, design proposal, electrical schematic drawing, programming (PLC, HMI), debugging and optimize.2. Electrical Design and implementation of continuous process control systems involving servo controls, programmable logic controls, visual system, robot, MES, field bus network.3. Participate in initial equipment conceptual development and carefully balance product specifications, process control requirements, cost, quality and lead-time limits. 4. Architect, write, and debug PLC ladder logic with an emphasis on generating code that is organized, structured, documented, maintainable and reusable. PLC code interact with subsystems such as conveyors, robots, Manufacturing Execution System (MES), machine vision, and 3rd party equipment. 5. To supports plant to keep productivity by optimizing process, eliminating losses and developing new manufacturing solutions.

Follow equipment run condition regularly, to find and solve issues related to the field of automation systems.4. Guide and supervise the work of the staff and activities in line with ES, 5S requirements, and participate actively in ES, 5S activities, resolve existing safety, environment and quality issues.6.
