As the technical sales Support & technical Service manager to respone for Jotafloor coatings and Decorative paints in China. --Lead and Work with technical support team to provide technical support to project & retail sales team or customers.such as technical training,project bidding,painter training & promotion activity ect. -- Check Paint system specification for projects,provide total coatings solution. -- Lead and Work with technical service team to provide technical application training and technical service on site to projects or customers. -- Lead the team to provide high-quality technical service on site to support sales team to achieve the continued growth of the sales target in project area. --- work together with technical department or R&D to develop and continuous improve the training module on paints & application technology and new product attributes. --Assist in R&D developing and improving new products. Such as exterior Flex paints,Stucco,stone paints,multi color coatings ect.

--as the technical application manager to respone for Devoe high performance coatings and Dulux paints in south China.--Leaded and Worked with technical service and coating advisor team in south China to provide support to sales in resolving major product application or performance complaints which falls outside the expertise of sales by leading investigation into finding out root causes of a problem and ensuring corrective actions are carried out;--lead the team to provide quality technical service on site to support sales team to achieve the sales target in project paints products.--Develop and continuous improve the training module on paints & application technology and new product attributes.
