Conducting project of High Value & VAS Fashion client of integration of supply chain together with logistics team, booking rail space and shipping processing though SAP Order Management.6. Reporting to Country Management, make sure of accuracy and speed in market data capture, having accurate means of processing information and making correct decision, grow department performance.

1. Work with team member to optimize the assess capacity, providing different facility (Non bonded warehouse/FTZ/BLP) to meet the customer needs. Through increasing stock availability while at the same time cutting the logistics costs, allowing the JIT delivery. Ensure strict adherence to Cost Control SOP and company policies, through scientific analyzing, planning, organization, communication so as to make great success.2. Coordinate with department manager monitoring the team members and their daily operation and instructing how to handle specific issues, servicing customer well.

1. Through management and maintenance the Global Logistics System, make order to the domestic manufactory for the raw material of the customers’ cargo, following up goods shipment and clearance. 2. Training warehouse operators' process, including 6S operation, location operation and inbound/outbound process, making monthly inventory, and shooting the problem in the operation.

In house MEIJI Factory1. Responsible for MEIJI chocolate's importing operation from FTZ, especially through skilled communication to foster and maintain relationships with Customs, CIQ, and other vital government organizations，ensure efficient job are fulfilled.2. Warehousing Set up for MEIJI factory production / raw material , make sure fulfill efficient service of integration of logistics, purchasing and manufacture.3. Responsible for constant temperature warehouse's operation through applying WMS, making in time material planning, controlling the material flow from raw materials to finished production, and supervising production's distribution.
