-Responsible of the changes & improvements for the Plant Layouts. -Determine capacity, equipment, floor space requirements, and layouts for current operations expansions. -Analyze machinery, equipment, floor space, layouts and manufacturing methods to increase efficiency, safety, quality and costs down in productive areas, either for existing operations or future projects. -Prepare proposals of manufacturing processes to ensure line balancing, operations sequencing, materials handling, maximize operators utilization, maximize floor space. -Development of the Lean Layout Corporate Standard Procedure to standardize and settle the necessary information to create a Lean Layout.
