Responsibility • Carry out supplier selection, build up potential supplier panel, manage and maintain cooperation with supplier• Make and release RFQ , organize technical review and project meeting• Develop purchasing strategy based on the specification of commodity and project requirement, accomplish commercial negotiation with supplier about part price/investment on tooling&EDD/annul reduction• Accomplish supplier nomination and the report to sourcing committee, sign contract with supplier and support payment issue• Promote suppliers to achieve annual reduction• Analyze and minimize engineering change costs and determine variable price factors• Work closely with other stakeholder to drive the program meet project requirementAchievement• Be responsible for commodity(Fuel line/Vacuum line/Break line/Pedal ASM) purchasing• Accomplished the purchasing work about the mentioned parts of the new Qoros 3 and Qoros 5 variants of current models • Accomplished the sourcing work for C26 a key SUV of the newest platform with the SOP date in Dec 2019• Accomplished the yearly saving work.The Fuel line price down 5% for both Qoros 5&Qoros 3• Accomplished a Break line VAVE program which provided 2% saving

Responsibility • Crate injection and die casting tooling costing model and estimate the tooling cost calculation with costing model• Support project award during Tooling CAA/RFQ with competitive costs and savings plan to finance project acquisition, seeks and obtain purchasing CAA validation• Support tooling sourcing negotiation and nominate tooling supplier• Organize workshops in toolmakers and Valeo plants(both domestic and overseas) to collect tool-cost saving proposals• Build Valeo global tooling price database, together with steel price, standard components price, machining hourly rate• Manage oversea air conditioner tooling projects, include but not limited to tooling design review, machining process tracking, tooling tryout and tooling validationAchievement• Provided competitive tooling budget for 2 vehicle air condition projects. EV2020(Renault-Nissan Alliance)& BR216(Daimliar)Both of them are new global platform.• Developed 2 precision tooling supplier for CDA BG• Accomplished tooling tracking work for 2 projects. PSA-D3P2 is a project about turn signal lever and wiper lever include 9 sets injection tooling for Valeo Tunisia . VW MQB1 is a project about air condition for Valeo Mexico include 4 sets tooling
