I am in charge of the cryogenic system inspection for No. 1 LNGC of APLNG Project (CESI GLADSTONE, 中能福石) and No. 4 LNGC (CESI TIANJIN, 中能天津). CESI GLADSTONE was delivered on Oct. 31, 2016, and already successfully transported LNG for more than 2 shifts. My working scope including: Approval Drawing checking and comment, Cryogenic piping prefabrication, Module fabrication and erection, Insulation of Cryogenic pipe, Pump tower fabrication and erection, FAT for major cryogenic equipments, Cryogenic equipments onboard erection and commissioning as HD/LD Compressors/N2 Generator/ IGG, Gas trial, CCS inspection supporting, etc.

I focused on the management of the Ship production preparation work, including detail design plan, material purchasing plan, etc. Since 2013, I was dispatched to production department as the vice production director, and be in charge of the ship planning and construction work.

I was also in charge of the Mock up construction for No. 96 Membrane type LNGC as the project manager and successfully got the certificates from GTT, ABS, DNV, BV, GL, LR and CCS on Nov. 30, 2011. During mock up construction, I helped shipyard to make up the CTI Plan, production drawing, working procedure, WPS for invar TIG welding, also we trained enough fitters/welders for mock up.I attended the training for CCS Construction in GTT head office (in France) from Jan. 10~13, 2011.

From 2003.8 to 2004.9I graduated from university and started to work in Hudong Zhonghua shipyard as the hull structure engineer of 4100 TEU container ship.From 2004.9 to 2005.3 I worked in CCS (Cargo Containment System) Section, which was just built up for the first LNG vessel of China (Gudong project). At this time, I was in charge of investigation and writing CTI Plan, working procedure, templates design, etc. From 2005.4 to 2007.6I was in charge of construction of the LNG Mock up (Longitudinal, about 30 meters long.) and trained many managers/QC members/workers, also demonstrated/tested special machines and working procedures. When the first LNG vessel Dapeng Sun (H1308A) started construction, I was in charge of the invar elements installation (anchor bar, invar tube, invar membrane installation, etc. ) and CCS special area installation work (such as liquid dome, side shell opening and pump tower erection). From 2007.7 to 2009.12I worked as the team leader and deputy manager of CCS Section for invar installation and CCS special area installation work since December of 2007.
