 Responsible for the overall management and operation of the project, responsible for the management of project schedule/cost/scope/quality, etc., to ensure the realization of project objectives; Responsible for the whole process control of the product project, including project approval, development, trial production, mass production and other related project management in the whole life cycle of the product; Implement the goals set by PDT team, responsible for the establishment of R&D team; Ensure that the team operates in accordance with the code, continuously improve the efficiency of the operation, responsible for the definition and implementation of the team operation system/code; Project cost budget, cost management, leading the change management from the client and various fields; Responsible for preparing materials for each trial production stage and the first order of mass production, follow up the delivery date and production line arrangement, and ensure the production is completed according to the plan; Responsible for organizing the project team and holding daily project meetings, including morning Meeting, evening party and FA Meeting; Contact overseas customers and maintain customer relations.

 Overall control of SMT RF test development progress, improve test efficiency, reduce cost, ensure project continued as planned, reach the target and deliver to the mass production team smoothly; Cooperate with customers to complete new SW and CR verification at each stage, collect Data and assist customers to analyze and solve SW, fixtures, instruments and other related issues to improve test efficiency and reliability; Track the RF station test failure, conduct defect analysis, and assist customers in hardware debugging, DOE, FA report sorting, material problem tracking;Team management and planning, reasonable planning and manpower arrangement, continuous optimization of Team and system, to ensure smooth internal operation of the team and improve team efficiency; Evaluation and maintenance of all test fixtures and instruments related to RF testing; At each stage of project development, participate in customer daily meeting, lead FA meeting, report the progress of R&D and problem analysis, etc., and discuss solutions with customers; Responsible for foreign customers (North America, India) docking, maintain good cooperation and communication, maintain customer satisfaction;

Responsible for station set up and maintain equipment which are used in iPhone, good at rf fiture debug and CMW100/CMW500, IQ2202, IQ3140, E6607A operation, optimizing RF fixture/rf probe design based on stablitiy DOE, and introduce atuomated Auto pathloss to boost station setup speed, design Strip MLB to audit MP stations accuarately and fast.
