Setting up the company’s quality management system by collaborating and leading all disciplines, company was certified for ISO9001:2015; Setting up the company’s KPI system by association with company’s target setting process ; Setting up the company’s authorization matrix. Setting up and following the continuous improvement programs via monthly management meeting and projects’ review meetings. Promoting and leading the customer satisfaction survey project in the companies.

Work as the leader of the quality function in APAC region, including 8 plants in APAC, leading the quality APQP process for the production delocalization projects, setting up the quality committee of APAC region, improving the supplier development activities, develop and improve the quality mature management system and the continuous improvements projects.

Coordinating staffs, according to order plan, arrange suppliers and internal function departments implement order production smoothly, improve operation efficiency by means of lean production methodologies. Responsible for the lead time reduction projects’ organization and realization. Coordinating new products technology transfer with engineering department, develop domestic source for raw material and logistic channel, prototype manufacturing, arrange type test.

In charge of all the quality related responsibilities, including vendor certification, IQC, PQC, OQC, customer complaints handling and ISO 9001 system maintenance ;Eliminating uncertain operations during IQC process, established vendor performance measurement and feedback system;Improving PQC and OQC control system, and vendor management system, quality of raw material is improved during the 2 years;Solving customer complaint which fell behind for months, and keeping a good relationship with all the customers.Coordinating the audits from customers and 3rd party certification organizations successfully.

1. Establishing and continuously improving the quality management system by leading the team. Including the Vendor management, IQC, IPQC, OQC, and set up the standard procedure for the business flow and the purchasing/warehousing process. 2. Obtained the certificate for ISO 9001:2000 by Lloyd's Quality Register in April 2003. 3. Established an integrated acceptance criterion for raw material and finished products. 4. Set up a know-how system to treat the abnormal quality issues, for different type and level of the defect, preplanned actions will be implemented, and it performs well during high efficiency production. 5. Arrange and obtain the certification from DVD FLLC and CSSA. 6. Finished several 6 Sigma/lean production projects successfully, made up a FEMA system for the business/production process and a statistic application, analyzing/correcting/improving the whole process' ability. 7. Establish the 5S system, in charge of the audit periodically.8. Lead the team to design/ build/install and pilot run a disc checking system in a new production line.Main achievements: Established the quality system in the new company and obtain the certificate of ISO 9001, lead 6 sigma projects, improve the pass yield of PS2 DVD product from 85% to 97%.

Reporting to Deputy general Manager directly, and be in charge of the Quality department of the combined company including Controller Company and the air-conditioning company. Lead the Six Sigma projects and the ISO system maintenance in the same time.Main achievements: Coordinating of quality problems solving, maintain quality pass yield at >98% level, coordinate ISO 9001 internal/external audits and all passed in the 3 years.
