Represent Inspur and communicate with corporate customers in regard to finding solutions for technically complex problems identified in Inspur products. Achieve assigned revenue and profitability goals through technical consultative selling. Identify Inspur solutions that address customer's needs and establish solid consultative relationships with client business, architecture, marketing and IT stakeholders.Provide solution supports to sales team and consulting support to customers, including solution design, solution presentation.Specific responsibilities include:- Identify customer needs and requirements.- Pickup and deliver INSPUR evaluation test system to customer site.- Work with Sales to respond customer needs.- Attending customer calls with the Sales Representative.- Provide technical consultation and disseminate product information to the sales team.

-Responsible for the management of the center computer room;Responsible for the management and maintainance of server, storage ,router, switch,ups and other equipments. Equipments include:Hp Bladeserver,IBM Bladeserver,Langchao PC server,H3C router and switch,Extreme switch,Langchao FC storage,H3C storage etc,.-Responsible for the management and maintainance of the Domain and mail server and the other app.

-Providing Technical Support of server and storage including hd storage and TBU for customer; Help cust to do troubleshooting and solved the issues they meet.Help cust to implement the installation of storage and to implement cluster configuration; -Providing quick,timely and satisfied call service,maintain good cutomer experience;
