Shipping management: Execute the shipping and logistics strategies for China Marketing & Logistics. Research and propose logistics solutions with sound consideration in responsible care, quality, customer satisfaction and cost effectiveness. Work closely with Global Supply Chain and Waterfront Shipping Company on vessel planning for the Greater China and Taiwan, to ensure timely product availability into the region. Vessel documents handling and assignment and follow up with Oracle system. Work closely with Commercial Logistics on purchased cargo planning and receipts. Work closely with Customer Service to ensure appropriate inventory are maintained in terminals in China (Taicang, Zhangjiagang, Nantong, Nanjing, Ningbo, Nansha, Dongguan). Logistics cost manage: Forecast the tax and duty and purchase contract payment to financial department one week in advance. Manage within logistics budget. Lead S&LS team to review, record, and pay all logistics costs correctly as per the logistics contracts in a timely manner. Provide good service for customer supplier chain and product quality, improve production environment, warehouse and deliver, reduce customer claim;  Reporting to line manager and team people management.

 Negotiate with foreign suppliers to follow the purchase plan, reach company items expected, payment term, and target profit. Sign the sales contract and make the order summary and tracking the delivery;Importation documents checking: invoice, packing list, B/L, phytosanitary, FORM E, fumigation, health and quliaty certificate, insurance, label, orchard registration, packing house registration, full set of documents confirmation before submit to bank; Tracking boat departure date and ETA, arrange in advance for fresh fruit, dry food, frozen food declaration, customs checking, pay the import VAT and duty on time. Arrange the cold chain delivery plan and container delivery plan online and follow up with partners. Check the disinfection and COVID quotation and arrange the test accordingly. Domestic transportation, reduce the inventory and delivery on time. Payment checking and push customer payment on time. Checking with financial department to issue VAT and balance AR and AP; Provide good service for customer supplier chain and product quality, improve production environment, warehouse and deliver, reduce customer claim; System selection and SAAS system implement and running, communication with different branches. Keep touch and communicate with Singapore, Shenzhen branch, Guangxi branch, Yunnan branch colleague to make the perfect logistic web.

 Responsible the company management. Following different customer’s requirement, communicate with customers, negotiate the proformat invoice delivery term and price term, ensure order going well to win more business chances. Negotiate customer payment terms (e.g. L/C、D/P、D/A、T/T), check the L/C draft, decide the best export way, pushing payment, negotiate and sign the financing agreement with bank, do the non-recourse export Bills discounting and package loan to settle the payment. International trading operation: negotiate the delivery term FOB, CIF, DDA, DDP etc. and price term T/T, L/C etc and transportation way sea, air, train etc, following the contract push supplier delivery date, make the booking, domestic transportation, in-bonded delivery to ship. Push customer payment and ensure receive payment on time, following the customs documents to make the supplier VAT and declare tax refunding timely; Base on customer payment term, negotiate the payment term with domestic suppliers price term and payment term, sign the purchase contract, to be sure ship the goods timely with best quality and also can balance the cash flow. For example, transfer the L/C and T/T after the shipment to avoid the deposit and cost down the exportation and reduce the cash flow pressure. Organize company internal management software and implement. Take care of own brand SHOW annual sales meeting. Lead the team finish the goal and evaluation. Financial management: supplier background checking, follow up supplier VAT, manage VAT and tax refunding budget and follow up, make company profit maximum following government tax rule.

 Responsible to sign the import and export contract, checking the L/C draft and negotiate the details L/C terms; Booking the space, make the CIQ and declaration, make the C/O, FORM A, fumigation documents. Chasing the forwarders and production department to loading before the cut time, confirm the B/L, make the commercial invoice, packing list and other exporting documents. Pushing customer L/C and T/T payment to get the funds at the earliest. Coordinate the production and plan, deal with the orders. Tracking the transportation company to ensure delivery timely to avoid the unnecessary surcharges. Always actively to communicate with forwarders, shipping company, truck company to guarantee space and shipping correctly, deal with customers for logistic claims.
