• Development and implementation of quality management system for laboratory operation according to ISO17025. • Achievement of national and international accreditations CNAS/ A2LA/ CBTL/ ZLS for Chemical lab, Toy Lab & Electrical safety lab.• Ensuring the testing operation is working in accordance with internal quality standards and ISO17025.• Management, controlling and improvement of internal documentation systems.• Planning, organizing and perform of internal audits and trainings.• Planning and organization of external audits with certification bodies and government institutions.• Set up and implementation of Quality Management system for Factory inspection department according to ISO/IEC 17020 requirements, and perform factory inspections and audits as required.• Management and controlling of the continuous improvement process.• General claim management.• CSR factory audit etc.

• Responsible for the development, implementation, evaluation and continuous improvement of the QMS following the requirements as lined out in the Quality　Management Manual of TÜV SÜD Greater China, and the relevant quality documentation　of other companies within TÜV SÜD Group as applicable to the business in the region in consultation with the competent management team;• Provide advice and support for the organizational units re development and maintenance of special management manuals, process descriptions, documented procedures, technical work and test instructions and work-related documents;• Implement and initiate employee induction and training in QMS;• Coordinate during internal and/or external audit and acknowledge any discrepancies found during internal and/or external audit on all quality matters.• To act as a focal point within the region of TÜV SÜD Greater China on all quality related issues. Instruct the responsible personnel to take immediate corrective and preventive action whenever the QMS is not being effectively implemented.• Prepare internal management-system and audit reports and report to the management teams for the purpose of management review;• Process customer feedback and initiate measures, if necessary;• Involvement in insured loss within the scope of risk management.• Tracking and monitoring of operational KPIs that affect the QMS.• Take care of the accreditation for GZ and HK office (e.g. ZLS, DAP, CBTL, CNAS, ISO9000 etc.);• ISO9000, SA8000/ BSCI audit & factory audit.• Any other duties assigned by the Managing Director/GM.

• Laboratory Standard Operation procedure update according to ISO9001: 2000 & ISO 17025 requirements. Monitor the enforcement & applicability of lab SOP, and update when necessary.• Assist the Director and Certification engineer to coordinate with the third party safety agencies (like UL/TUV/ITS/CSA/CQC) for the products safety certification application, and follow up & report the status.

• Assist the manager to monitor and report the testing status for the in-house products and outsource products. Monitor and report the on-time update of weekly report and test report by individual engineers;• Assist the assistant manager to coordinate with the third party safety agencies for the products safety application;• Monitor the equipment calibration expenses and calibration Procedure per ISO9000 requirements.
