Ensure implementation of Group reporting policies within the cluster • Responsible for control of all indirect SG&A spending • Prepare and ensure quality of cluster’s rolling forecast, strategic budget, annual budget and 3 year plan financial information• Perform business/profitability analysis at a detailed level (e.g. category and customer profitability) • Responsible for control of working capital for Processing business
